How do I order announcements?
After deciding on just the right announcement to announce your bundle of joy, click the "Order" button that you find below all of our announcments. Fill out your form completely and then click add to cart. You must have cookies enabled on your computer to order online. If you can't enable cookies, no problem! Just call our toll-free number (1-888-219-8687) during business hours and a Customer Service Representative will take your order over the phone. You may also fax your order into the office at (208) 459-4540. Think about the number of birth announcements you will be needing. Our suggestion is to start compiling your list now. Add 10 extra birth announcements to your list to allow for unexpected people who come to mind as you are sending out your birth announcements.

Can I see a proof before my announcements are printed?
Certainly! In fact, your approval of the announcement layout is required BEFORE your order goes to print. This is a FREE service! Typesetting generally has a proof ready by the next business morning of when you placed the order.

Can I Pre-Order my envelopes so I can address them ahead of time?
Pre-ordering your envelopes is a wonderful way to save you time. Once your new bundle of joy arrives, time is limited. With your envelopes addressed ahead of time, all that is left to do is send out the birth announcement! In addition to pre-ordering envelopes, a great time saver is having Talk For Tots™ print your return address on your envelopes. Our prices are among the lowest of all the birth announcement companies. You really can afford to save yourself time!

Do ribbons come assembled?
When you order ribbons with our Classic and Embossed Collections, ribbons come to you assembled to the announcement. With these two collections, ribbons are an optional service, If you opt out of our ribbon service, printing is centered nicely on the card and no holes are drilled. We do not offer the option for customers to tie their own ribbons. Our New Beginnings Collection of announcements come assembled with ribbons and the price for ribbons is included. This collection is a two part card requiring the ribbons.

Customization is what Talk For Tots™ is all about! These are your announcements and we will help you make them as unique as your new little bundle of joy. All our announcements through out our site are pictured with examples of wording but you don't have to stick with that! Personalize your announcements just the way that you want!

By the time other companies tack on their in-house rush fees and overnight shiping, you could be looking at over $35 in shipping fees alone! How long will it take to receive my order?
We print your order and ship orders within 24-48 hours of receiving the order! You receive your order within 2-3 business days from the time your order is shipped using our Econo-Service. Large orders may require one extra day in production - A Customer Service Representative will always notify you if this is the case. If you need your order quicker, no problem! We offer a low-cost overnight delivery service for $24.95. This does not include production time. Many of our announcement products are hand assembled and still require the 24-48 hour production time.

Important Ordering Policies
Pre-Order Policy
There is a $15.00 Non-refundable deposit required to process your Pre-Order. This $15.00 will be be credited toward your final announcement order. There is a $3.95 Pre-order charge (included in the $15.00 deposit) that covers the cost of shipping your envelopes early.
***Cancelation Fee of $10.75 plus the above stated $15.00 pre-order charge on pre-orders for reasons other than a loss. Should a loss occur, a full refund of your deposit will promptly be credited your account.
Order Return Conditions and Policies
1.With any return policy, there are conditions. Talk For Tots™ strictly enforces these conditions and policies for our customer's protection and for our protection. Talk For Tots™ guarantees your satisfaction, or your money back, less a 25% stock usage fee and shipping & handling fees. If you are unhappy for any reason, you may return the product within 5 business days for a complete refund (less s&h fees and stock usage fees), no questions asked.
2. Talk For Tots™ offers a free samples program. If you would like to see an example of the product before you purchase, the Samples Department is more than happy to send up to 3 free samples at no charge.
3. When we reprint an order at our expense:
As with any human-run business, errors occasionally occur. When the error is on our part we will reprint and reship your order at no extra charge, at top speed. We do expect the incorrect order to be returned in the same condition it was received in and the Shipping Department provides a postage paid envelope for our customers to return product.
4. When we DO NOT reprint and order at our expense:
- Talk For Tots™ is more than happy to correct mistakes that occur from the customer's end. We do not incur this expense, however. We will reprint your announcement order *if there is a mistake on your order* for 85% of the original cost of your order--that is a discount of 15%, plus shipping and handling.
- Talk For Tots™ has a great free samples program. We recommend first ordering a free sample before placing an order. Talk For Tots™ DOES NOT reprint orders at no charge for any reason other than an error on our part. Talk For Tots™ does not reprint and order with the above guidelines for any reason other than a mistake on the customer's part. All other reasons for reprints will be at full charge, no exceptions.
- Talk For Tots™ also expects all product to be returned in the same condition it was received in. If damaged product is returned, a fee will be assessed, usually the retail price of each damaged announcement. NO EXCEPTIONS
